I loved reading this, both for a look at Hammerstein's struggles and how you approached your own.

I've always had trouble sleeping; it goes back to my childhood. Dreaming is rarely fun; it's usually where all of my innermost thoughts don armor and start searching for Gladiator-themed "Fight Club" parties. My brain constantly churns with ideas when my body just wants to rest.

The positive dreams come, usually, when I'm awake. My family, friends, and fellow creatives (like you) serve as inspirations. They help me dream of being better, of continuing to chronicle life around me, of working harder to make a difference in this world. I hope, in that case, I'm never too old to dream.
